Exercise content

Using the machine_oee table, calculate the total active working time considering all rows that belong to the latest year present in reference_date.

Return a single column named total_active_time.

Hint 1

Do not use the current calendar year. You must derive the maximum year from the data in reference_date.
Hint 2

You can use a subquery that extracts the year from MAX(reference_date). Outside the subquery, do SUM(active) only for that year.
